Unfortunate Events

The Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket is about the Baudelaire family. Sunny, Klaus, Violet lose their parents in a terrible fire and become orphans. Everything turns horrible from that. They get put in Count Olaf's care ( a relative they did not know) He tries to steal their fortune. After getting caught he escaped and continued after their fortune. The Baudelaire orphans try to get away from him, but in several disquises he got close, but not close enough to the orphans' fortune. Even though he never got it the orphans they suffered from encounters with him. If you want to know more try reading the series.
