This first book is
Wish You Were Here Liza by Robin Wasserman. It is about a girl named Liza who is going on a road trip with her mother, father, and two other families. At first all Liza can think about is how horribly hot it is, how weird the other families kids are, how cute the boy named Jake who came with one family is, how to get to stop people to stop calling her Lizard, and what she will send to her friends Samantha and Mina for a souvenir. Maybe she will have fun eventually, but for now this book is for me to know and you to find out.
